A math professor from the University of Cambridge shared a "hack" on TikTok to cool down a hot car FAST.

Instead of blasting the A/C and waiting forever for it to cool down, try this.  First, roll down your passenger side window.  Then open and close your driver side door four or five times, like you're fanning the air.

What you're doing is forcing the hot air inside your car OUT and pulling cooler air IN.  Apparently, it's effective:  One test showed it dropped the inside temp by around 20 degrees in just seconds.

Last week we celebrated National French Fry Day and according to a recent report, the average American eats 17 POUNDS of fries per year.

Across the whole country, Americans eat at least 5.6 BILLION pounds of fries . . . enough to fill 155,833 school buses.

Fries are the most popular in Virginia, where locals scarf down more than 21 pounds a year.  Alabama is next, followed by Georgia and Maryland.

28 states prefer the basic, "straight-and-seasoned" fries, particularly in  North Dakota, Mississippi, Alabama, Wyoming, Louisiana, and Utah.

Shoestring fries are the most popular in New York, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Michigan, Maine, and Texas.

Curly fries are #1 in Alaska, Kansas, Connecticut, and Oklahoma.

Crinkle-cut fries are the preferred style in states like Nebraska, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.

And waffle fries only got love in one state:  Colorado.

63% of people agree that fries can be considered a main dish, not just a side.  And the top seasonings ranged from the classic salt or garlic powder . . . to the less common:  Parmesan, Old Bay, paprika, and cayenne.  The top dips were classics as well:  Ketchup, ranch, and cheese sauce.

77% of people claim they'd share their fries if they were eating with a group of people . . . and 65% admit they've stolen fries from someone else's plate.

In a new survey, 44% of Americans say they're self-conscious about their feet.  And 66% have even avoided wearing open-toed shoes because of it.

The biggest concerns are SMELLS and "toenail fungus."  Other reasons people don't want to show off their feet include:  Toe hair and toe shape.

Gen X was the most embarrassed by their feet . . . followed by Millennials, and Gen Z.  Boomers apparently couldn't care less at this point.

There's plenty you can do to improve your foot health and hygiene . . . but 30% of people say they'd be willing to give up BOOZE to magically have perfect feet.  20% would give up coffee.

On the flip-side, some people are extremely confident in their feet.  29% of Americans say they'd sell pictures of their feet if there was any interest.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - The average American eats 19.8 pounds of pasta each year. The average Italian eats 62 pounds.

There are about 350 different “authentic” shapes of pasta, meaning ones that originated in Italy.

Kraft Foods sells more than one million boxes of their Mac & Cheese every day!
