"You're the One" made #5, #1 R&B/Hip Hop, #3 Rhythmic Airplay "Use Your Heart" was the first song produced by the Neptunes (Chad Hugo & Pharrell Williams.) It peaked at #22, #6 R&B, #19 Rhythmic. 20 Years Ago - 2006 Gnarls Barkley released their debut album St. Elsewhere. Danger Mouse and Cee Lo Green are the frontmen for the group which had an elaborate backstory for "Gnarls", claiming to be close friends of Lester Bangs, Isaac Hayes, Gordon Gano, and lovers of Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey.
