Someone polled people to find the most annoying things a neighbor can do. Here are the top ten . . .

1. Inappropriate parking. Like blocking their driveway, or snagging the best spot in front of their place.

2. Blasting music.

3. Letting dogs bark all day.

4. Lots of shouting, or being loud in general.

5. Letting kids be as noisy as they want.

6. Throwing loud parties.

7. Slamming doors.

8. Turning your TV up so loud, they can hear it.

9. Letting your place look like crap. That includes not mowing your lawn.

10. Not picking up your dogs' poop when you take them on walks.

"Entertainment Weekly" put together a list of sequels that ARE actually better than the original. It won't surprise you that 2017's "Paddington 2" made the cut, after all it held a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes for some time.

Here are nine other superior sequels, in no particular order:

"Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back", 1980

"The Dark Knight", 2008

"Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted", 2012

"Terminator 2: Judgment Day", 1991

"Toy Story 3", 2010

"Spider-Man 2", 2004

"Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban", 2004

"Thor: Ragnarok", 2017

"Superman 2", 1980

Slate.com just did a big article on how car companies are ditching touchscreens, and bringing back more buttons and knobs. And it's because we WANT them.

Touchscreens might seem fancy, but they're actually the cheapest option. They cost as little as $50 per screen, so car companies would love to keep using them.

But there's more and more evidence that having all your controls on a screen like that is DANGEROUS . . . basically the same as texting-and-driving.

One expert said it's weird that everyone knows texting-and-driving is bad. But no one complains about how everyone's, quote, "using an iPad while driving."

Knobs and buttons are easier to find without looking . . . something younger drivers are just finding out. So companies have started switching back to them.

This switch could be temporary too though. Hyundai is one of the few companies that hasn't gone all in on touchscreens. But their lead designer says buttons and knobs could go away for good as cars become more autonomous.

Once our cars can drive themselves, we won't need to keep our eyes on the road.

Would you even WANT to live to 100? Hang on, new question: How about 180? Researchers at U.C. San Diego may have just figured out how to extend our lifespan by over 80%.

Before you get too excited, they haven't tried it on people yet, just yeast. (sure…completely the same…) But it could be a big deal. Here's a very basic explanation . . .

We age because our cells start breaking down, and a previous study found it happens for two reasons: Their mitochondria gets weaker, and our DNA becomes less stable.

That's true for yeast cells too. But they basically rewired and tricked them, so those two things wouldn't happen at the same time. Instead, they alternate.

They found that when each one got to take little breaks like that, it slowed down the aging process in general. And the yeast cells lived 82% longer.

They say it's just "proof-of-concept" for now, but they think the same type of gene therapy will work on human cells too. The main concern is, will it be safe?
