James Burrows, the legendary TV director/creator, has died at the age of 85.
Burrows got his start in television relatively late at age 35 in 1974, directing episodes of “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” “The Bob Newhart Show,” and “Laverne & Shirley.”
He co-created “Cheers,” directing 243 of the 273 episodes, as well as all 246 episodes of “Will and Grace.”

He also helmed multiple episodes of such hits as “Frasier,” “Friends” and “Mike & Molly” and the pilots of “Two and a Half Men” and “The Big Bang Theory.”

Residents in a suburban neighborhood are trying to identify the owner of a peacock that has been roaming streets, perching on rooftops, and occasionally staring at homeowners through windows. The bird has become something of a local celebrity, with neighbors posting daily updates on social media.

As the M&M's marks its 85th year this summer, they will be removing artificial dyes. M&M’s will debut a natural-ingredient version, but blue and brown ones will not be included.
Replacing the bright blue shell that has been part of M&M’s rainbow since 1995 has turned into a surprisingly sticky problem.
Brown, believe it or not, relies heavily on blue coloring to get that color.
They are still working on it and want all colors with natural ingredients by 2028.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - Today marks the official anniversary of the very first Dairy Queen opening its doors in Joliet, Illinois, back in 1940. While that original location closed up shop in 1950, the building still stands today as a fully designated, highly protected historic city landmark.
