Not only do we get the Summer Solstice today, it's a full moon tomorrow at 9:08pm. This one is called the Strawberry moon, as they were being harvested around this time.

The Summer Blockbuster was created this weekend in 1975. when Steven Spielberg released Jaws. Star Wars was out two years later in 1977,

1976s top grosser in the summer was The Omen.

In honor of that, well...here are two smaller movies opening this weekend.

The Bikeriders - 1960s Midwestern Motorcycle club and the subculture of the time.

Tom Hardy, Michael Shannon, Mike Faist, Norman Reedus, Boyd Holbrook, Austin Butler, Damon Herriman, Jodie Comer

Thelma - a poignant action-comedy that gives veteran Oscar nominee June Squibb her first leading role shining the spotlight on an elderly grandmother as an unlikely action hero, and features the final performance of trailblazing actor Richard Roundtree (you know..i'm talking about Shaft.)

Also starring Parker Posey and Clark Gregg.

You can do a quick fitness test from the comfort of your home, and it only takes five seconds of your valuable time. This test requires no special equipment or anyone to guide you — just an open space and a few moments to spare.

The “sit-to-stand test” is an indirect measure of one’s personal fitness backed by a 2012 research study. To begin, stand upright in an open space. Then sit cross-legged on the floor before returning to a standing position. While this may sound easy, the trick is to avoid using your hands, forearms, or other parts of your upper body and torso to help you stand up. Your leg and core muscles are the only muscles you’re supposed to rely on.

Give yourself 10 imaginary points at the start of the test. Then subtract one point every time you use your arms, torso, hips, or even your knees to help you get from a standing position to a sitting position and vice versa. If you can sit down and stand back up without assistance, then you score a perfect 10. If you’re unable to sit down or stand back up at all, then your score is zero.

How can you get a higher score? Read more here.

Missy Elliott is getting ready for her first headlining tour. Seems shes in and more out of the spotlight in the last 20 years.

Well, she's been privately battling Graves' disease.

Missy says, quote, "Every day I wake, I'm blessed to be here and in good health, I'm feeling so much better now.  Every now and then you get a little ache in the leg or the knee, but outside of that, I feel good."

She's managing her condition with medication now, but she had severe weight loss and depression.

Missy also took time away from touring because of severe anxiety.  Quote, "I'm most definitely an introvert.  I'm shy."

"Reader's Digest" did a list of old-timey slang terms we should bring back. The best is Arf-arf-an-arf.  An old British term for a drunk person.  Like, "Don't give him another beer, he's already arf-arf-an-arf."  The term comes from a drink called an "arf-an-arf" that's half beer, half ale.

A northern California family's pet donkey ran off five years ago and never came back.  Now they've found him living with a herd of elk.  And he seems happy, so they decided to let him live out the rest of his days with the elk.  They say it's just nice to know he's okay, and that he's "living his best life."

A new report in "Bloomberg" says employers have added perks like:  Fancy coffee, yoga classes, and DJ parties . . . and now they have something new to dangle:  Giving an employee their own DESK.

Over the past five years, some companies had transitioned to "hot-desking" set-ups . . . where workers grab a workspace when they show up, and they can move around throughout the day.

It was supposed to be a more modern, communal, adaptable working environment.

But now, the idea is that people are sick of bouncing around their home, using various surfaces as workspaces . . . and giving them their own dedicated desk is a way to win them over on the office again.

Someone asked the internet, "What is something that seems easy to other people, but is difficult for you?"  And here are some of the best responses:

1.  "Knowing when to jump in and out of conversations."  Or, "Ending conversations."

2.  "Expressing myself in photos."  Or, "taking selfies."

3.  "Remembering names."

4.  "Basic math."

5.  "Basic navigation."

6.  "Parking straight."

7.  "Rolling my Rs."

8.  "Shuffling cards."

9.  "Hula-hooping."

10.  "Cutting in a straight line with scissors."

11.  "Chopsticks."

12.  "Picking out the movie on Netflix."

There were some other responses from people who didn't quite get the assignment, like . . .

Finding a partner . . . not procrastinating . . . getting quality sleep . . . forming positive new habits . . . making and maintaining friends . . . making decisions . . . controlling emotions . . . and time management.

Here's the Reddit Thread

The term is - Beige flag refers to a person's strange or odd behaviors that catch someone off guard but typically don't hurt that person's desirability. A beige flag is neither good nor bad, but it does draw attention.

There's a TikTok making the rounds where a woman says, "My husband's beige flag is that every time we go to a fancy restaurant, and he likes a dish, he will ask for a box and STEAL IT."  She added, "I mean, I'm not mad."

A bar owner filmed a response, saying that they used to buy fancy glasses that cost about $20 each . . . but they are going to have to stop doing that because people keep stealing them.

Most of the commenters are actually FINE with this thievery . . . provided you're taking them from chains, not small businesses.  Some people were even boasting about their "collections."

The people who were AGAINST stealing dishes argued that this is a reason businesses have to raise prices for everyone.  Another said that many chain locations are run by franchise owners, who don't make a ton of money.
