What "back then" inconvenience would break people today in 10 minutes?
Dialup
A lot of answers were related to the internet and not having it and all the things you had to do other ways.
Waiting for your song to play on the radio.
Having to go to the local video shop to rent the latest film on VHS and then having to take it back the next day. (oh and rewinding)
Having to actually learn and remember phone numbers, waiting for a specific tv show or movie showing time on tv, actual research in libraries, newspaper for a school assignment.
Not having caller ID
Related phone, If you called out of your town, it most likely was long distance.
Using the Yellow Pages
A physical map (yea..try folding that you youngins!!!)
Not being able to record tv so of your 3 channels if you were watching a program on one channel (ads and all) if there’s something on another channel then that missed out.
Trying to re spool a cassette tape with a pencil
Winding the car windows up/down
Manual typewriter, make a mistake and start all over (and carbon paper..ugh)

I wasn't expecting the best Facebook post to be this!
AMAZING on so many levels.
At the Edinburgh Zoo, Penguins choose pebbles to start their breeding season and the pebbles are painted by the kids at the Edinburgh Children's Hospital. The kids regularly watch the penguins and get to watch them pick the rocks!
Pebbling is a penguin thing..it's a gift to their mate.

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - Today is National Meatball Day.

Spaghetti and meatballs is not a traditional Italian dish. In Italy, meatballs (polpette) are usually eaten as a stand-alone meal or in soup. The pairing with a massive pile of pasta was an Italian-American invention created by immigrants in New York who found meat to be much cheaper and more plentiful than it was back home.
