How many have the Irish Flu today?
The term "Irish Flu" is a humorous way of referring to a hangover that might occur after a day of St. Patrick's Day celebrations, especially those involving alcohol.

There's an emerging trend of people wearing sweatpant jeans. If you haven't seen this yet, it's what it sounds like: Sweatpants that are made to look like denim jeans.
They're already available in a bunch of styles: If you Google "sweatpant jeans," there are ones in every style that regular jeans come in . . . including high-waist, wide-leg, low-rise, torn or "distressed," and "skinny jeans."
The prices are all over the map, but many of them are affordable . . . closer to sweatpant prices than trendy jeans prices.
According to CNN, they're becoming a major "viral trend" so someone at your office will try to pass these off as jeans for "casual" days.

Food scientists are working on a new type of grapefruit that doesn't mess with medications. People on some cholesterol and blood pressure meds can't have it. It also clashes with certain antibiotics, and around 80 other medications.

A new poll asked, "Which sport do you consider to be America's Game?" and 38% picked BASEBALL. Coincidentally, MLB launches its 2025 season tomorrow in Japan, when most of America is sleeping . . . at 6:00 A.M. Eastern, 3:00 A.M. Pacific.
Football was next at 35%, followed by basketball with 10% . . . soccer, 2% . . . hockey, 1% . . . and golf, 1%.
The demographic that pushed baseball over the top is: Female Midwestern Boomers. Younger men and women from the South were more likely to say it's football.
11% of people said baseball players are MORE interesting relative to other professional athletes. 19% said they're LESS interesting, and 42% said they're equally interesting.
The poll also asked, "Which pro sport is the most fan‑friendly to attend?" 30% said baseball . . . 18% said football . . . 10% said basketball . . . 4% said hockey . . . another 4% said soccer . . . and 33% are "not sure."

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - There's no difference between Slurpees and Icees. They're both made by the Icee Company. 7-Eleven just has a licensing deal to call them Slurpees.
