25 Years Ago - 2000 Better Midler released the album Bette to coincide with the premiere of her CBS sitcom.

"Nobosy Else but You" was the theme song for the show.

"In These Shoes" got a Maxi single with several remixes and made #8 on the Club Chart

The rest of the album was mostly covers of classic soul and R&B songs.
