1999 - Breathe - Faith Hill

25 Years Ago - 1999 Faith Hill released her fourth album Breathe.

It was huge!!! It was a big Country cross over time, and this album has been certified 8X Platinum.

"Breathe" peaked at #2 for five non-consecutive weeks and was the #1 song of 2000.

Bonus - It is one of only four songs in the history of the Hot 100 to be named the number one single of the year without making it to the top of the chart on any of the weekly surveys. The first was "Wooly Bully" by Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs in 1965, the third was "Hanging by a Moment" by Lifehouse in 2001, and the fourth was "Levitating" by Dua Lipa in 2021.

It also won the Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. It also was #1 Country, Adult Pop Airplay, and AC.

"The Way You Love Me" besides #1 Country it made #6, #3 AC, #8 Adult Pop Airplay.

"Let's Make Love" is a duet with husband Tim McGraw and was a #6 Country song and #54 Hot 100.

"If My Heart Had Wings" made #39 and #3 Country.
