30 Years Ago - 1995 Alanis Morissette released her third album Jagged Little Pill.

I can't seem to remember if it was a hit! HA!
It received nine Grammy Award nominations and won five: Album of the Year, making her the youngest artist to win the award at the time; Best Rock Album; Best Female Rock Vocal Performance ("You Oughta Know"); Best Rock Song ("You Oughta Know"); and Best Long Form Music Video.
You could have released any of the songs on the album and they would have been a hit!
"You Learn" peaked at #6, #2 Adult Alternative, #3 Adult Pop Airplay. #7 Alternative Airplay, #40 Mainstream Rock #1 Pop Airplay.
"Hand in My Pocket" with no commercial single, it charted #15 Radio Songs, #1 Alternative Airplay, #4 Pop Airplay, #8 Mainstream Rock.
"Ironic" went to #4, #1 Alternative Airplay and Pop Airplay, #11 Rhythmic, #18 Mainstream Rock, #28 AC.
"Head over Feet" was a radio only single peaking at #3 Radio Songs, #1 Adult Pop Airplay and Pop Airplay, #27 AC.
Fun story; I was visiting Cleveland and my record rep (Barb!!!) played this new thing - "You Oughta Know" while we were driving to lunch..I was blown away. WOW!!!!
