30 Years Ago - 1995 Mariah Carey released her fifth album Daydream.

"Fantasy" samples Tom Tom Club's "Genius of Love" and peaked at #1 Hot 100, Club, R&B, Pop Airplay, and Rhythmic. It also made #8 AC.
"One Sweet Day" a duet with Boyz II Men was nothing more than a freakin' smash! With 16 weeks at #1, it became the longest-running number-one song in the chart's history at the time, a record held for 23 years. It also hit #1 AC, Pop Airplay, Rhythmic. It hit #2 R&B.
"Forever" had no retail release so wasn't able to chart at Hot 100. It peaked at #9 Hot 100 Airplay, #2 AC, #9 Top 40 Mainstream, #17 Top 40 Rhythmic.
