30 Years Ago - 1990 Johnny Gill released his third self-titled album.

New Edition was on hiatus when he recorded the album which sold over 4 million copies worldwide.

"Rub You the Right Way" made #3, #1 R&B, #16 Club.

"My, My, My" peaked at #10, #1 R&B, #32 AC.

"Fairweather Friend" made #28, #2 R&B, #19 Club.

"Wrap My Body Tight" was #1 R&B, #84 Hot 100.
