One of the big questions coming from the upcoming Super Bowl is.. Can Kendrick Lamar Play "Not Like Us" At SBLIX?
Under normal circumstances, it’s silly to even ask the question. Obviously a Super Bowl halftime performer will play their chart-topping banger — a track that just swept record and song of the year at the Grammys and was arguably music’s most significant song of the past year.
But these are very much not normal circumstances. Last month, Drake sued Universal Music Group over Kendrick Lamar‘s “Not Like Us,” claiming the label spread the song’s “malicious narrative" despite knowing it was false.
That pending legal action makes it fair to wonder: When Lamar steps onto the world’s biggest stage on Sunday night, will he face pressure to avoid the whole mess by just skipping “Not Like Us” entirely?
To answer that question, Billboard Magazine turned to top legal experts – who said that Drake probably won’t win in court, but that corporate legal departments are also famously risk averse and might want to avoid trouble.

According to a new study, mornings are actually the happiest time of day, when people are "happier, more satisfied, and less downbeat."
It's a bit of a rollercoaster after that . . . with a big dip around 10:30 A.M. But there's another surge of happiness around 6:00 P.M., when many people are off work, and having dinner.
There's a downturn throughout the evening, and the least happy time is midnight, or whenever you go to bed for the night.
Also: There was some other obvious stuff: The happiest mornings are on Saturdays and Sundays . . . and people are happier in summer months than winter ones.

Someone polled 3,000 people, and America's top Super Bowl food is officially (and this makes more sense than the one we did last week) Wings.

It was the #1 answer in 31 states, plus D.C. Five other foods got at least one state each. Here are the results . . .
1. Buffalo wings. 31 states, including almost everywhere east of the Mississippi.
2. Chips. Seven states: Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota, New Mexico, Massachusetts, and Alaska.
3. Nachos. Five states: Colorado, Maine, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
4. Pizza. Three states: California, Michigan, and South Dakota.
5. Cheese charcuterie boards. Three states: Iowa, Kansas, and Montana.
6. Loaded potato skins. They're #1 in Hawaii.
Nothing sweet made the list. 84% of people said they prefer savory gameday foods over sweet ones.

A poll found just 25% of Americans like wearing a suit, including 8% who love it. Men like wearing them more . . . 29%, compared to 20% of women who like wearing suits.
They definitely get old after a while though, and most people who like wearing them skew younger. 31% of people under 30 like suiting up.
People were asked why they like wearing them. The top five answers were: "They make me look professional" . . . "I look good in a suit" . . . "They're stylish" . . . "They boost my confidence" . . . and they're just "timeless."
28% of men said they never wear a suit. But two-thirds own at least one.

Around two-thirds of Americans say they usually watch TV while eating dinner now. 63% do, compared to 41% who talk to the people they're eating with.
Watching TV isn't the only thing we're up to at dinner: 28% often use their phone . . . 16% listen to music . . . 8% read . . . 6% make phone calls . . . another 6% play video games while they're eating . . . and 3% do chores.
1% said they usually eat dinner while driving, or on their commute. 4% said the same about breakfast.
The poll found dinner is our favorite meal by far. It's also the one we're least likely to skip, and our longest meal of the day.
Only 17% of Americans usually eat dinner in 10 minutes or less. That's compared to 44% who eat breakfast that fast.

Shaboozey's "A Bar Song (Tipsy)", has now spent more weeks at #1 on the Billboard Radio Songs Chart than any other song in history.
It has now been #1 for a 27th week. It beat out The Weeknd's song "Blinding Lights" for the honor. Which is another song that's impossible to get out of your head.
It topped the Country Airplay chart for seven consecutive weeks back in August, which was the longest streak ever for a debut single.
It also made more history on the Country Airplay chart, as it continues to stay in the Top 10 for a record-extending 31st week.
"Tipsy" is also the first song ever to break into the Top 5 on the Country Airplay chart, Pop Airplay chart, AND the Adult Pop Airplay chart.
And it's tied with the longest run on the Hot 100 with 19 weeks.
