A site called Wed Society asked thousands of vendors across the U.S. to predict the top wedding trends of 2025. And "wedding content creator" is #1.
According to the press release, they capture "real-time, authentic, highly engaging social media style content." And they're usually hired "in addition" to photographers and videographers.
Here are the top wedding trends to look out for this year . . .
1. Wedding content creator.
2. Small wedding parties. Just a few bridesmaids and groomsmen, not 20.
3. Film-style photography. Photos that look like they were shot with an old-school camera.
4. Mismatched bridesmaid dresses.
5. Multiple wedding dresses. Get married in the first one, then change into a more comfortable dress for the reception. (this is nothing new, when I was DJing weddings years ago, I saw a bride come into the reception in her big wedding dress, then basically unhooked all the train and stuff for a beautiful white dress for the rest of the night. Also saw one where all the groomsmen were given slippers from the father of the bride so they could take off their dress shoes and be comfortable. SMART!
6. Last dances. You might still have a first dance solo, but then a last one as well to close out the night.
7. Experiential wedding weekends. Unique events or experiences for your guests to take part in before or after your wedding.
8. Custom dance floors. Like wrapping it with your initials or your wedding logo.
9. Drone footage. So, you might be hiring a wedding photographer . . . a videographer . . . a content creator . . . AND a separate drone operator.
10. Themed dress codes. Like asking everyone to dress up in 1920s garb.

There's a new poll out on pizza, and it found that the average American hasn't changed their pizza order in two years, and 14% of people have been eating the exact same pizza for over five years.
Midwesterners have a reputation for being the least experimental with food . . . and that's true with pizza too. Of all 50 states, Michigan is the state least likely to spice up their pizza order . . . and 11% of people there say they've "NEVER tried a new pizza combination." That's more than any other state.
57% of Americans say they're open to trying new pizza combinations but "don't know where to start."
One easy tweak: Add something a little spicy. 49% of people say that makes pizza taste better. That can be a pepper . . . a spicier dressing or dipping sauce . . . or red pepper flakes.
In 20 states, the preferred order is a regular old pepperoni pizza. (New York and Pennsylvania are in this)
In 18 states, it's a "meat lover's pizza."
In eight states, it's a "supreme pizza."
In two states, it's a "supreme and pepperoni"
and South Dakota it's a "supreme and meat lover's pizza."
Massachusetts is the only state that's off the beaten path with a preference for a veggie pizza.

So the (again) looming TikTok ban has made downloading it from the app stores non-existent.
so....since you can still use TikTok if it's on your phone, and old phones are showing up on eBay for huge amounts like $25,000.
One person posted their iPhone 15 Pro for $5 million "or best offer."
No one's buying them. A bunch are listed for more like $2,000, and it doesn't look like people are even willing to pay that. If you're that addicted to TikTok, you probably had it on your phone already.

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - With the Congestion Pricing Program in New York City, to cut down on traffic during peak hours, consider this - People in Costa Rica are only allowed to drive six days a week, to cut down on traffic and pollution. The last digit of your license plate number dictates what day you're not allowed on the road.
