A very small asteroid called a quasi-moon has been trailing Earth for the last two millennia, which is both impressive for a rock just 50 feet across, roughly equivalent to three large SUVs parked bumper to bumper.
A quasi-moon is something that orbits the sun in a similar time frame as Earth does, but is only slightly influenced by our planet's gravitational pull.

Coldplay's "Music of the Spheres World Tour" has planted FIVE MILLION trees SO FAR . . . one for each attendee. It's part of their environmental and sustainability initiatives.
The tour kicked off in March of last year, and ends this November. So there's still plenty of time for more trees.
In a tour update, they also said they've reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 47% compared to their last tour in 2016. Their goal is to reduce it by 50%.
Quote, "Now that we're into the second year of the tour, we've started to run the entire show (audio, lights, and lasers) from an electric battery system that allows us to use 100% renewable energy as efficiently as possible . . .
"We have been using electric vehicles and alternative fuels wherever we can, as well as reducing waste and plastic usage to a minimum."
Their shows also have exercise bikes and kinetic dance floors so fans can help power the stage.

Some people SAY they want to go camping to unplug . . . but then they bring their phones and even their laptops.
In a new survey, 24% of campers say they HAVE worked remotely while camping in the past year. That's consistent with a similar survey from last year . . . so this is not a new trend.
The number of people camping alone in the past year is up 28% from the year before.
57% of people have camped with PETS in the past year. 91% of them camped with a dog, while 7% have camped with cats.
13.4% of campers say they took 11 or more camping trips in just the past year, and they're more likely to be 24 years old and younger . . . or 55 and older. Which makes sense, Millennials and Gen X are more likely to be too busy with careers and raising a family to go camping every other weekend.

The world's oldest living cat just celebrated her 32nd birthday. Her name is Rosie, and her owner is still waiting for Guinness to certify it. But the current record-holder is only 27 years old.

They say there are no dumb questions, but here's one: Is cereal "soup"? Over 20,000 people took an online poll, and 1 in 9 said YES. 11% of us think that in a technical sense, cereal is also soup.
Here are five more ridiculous questions, and how people answered . . .
1. Can you smell air? 68% said yes. 32% said no, you can smell stuff IN the air, but not air itself. (Here's Merriam-Webster's definition of "air": "The mixture of invisible, ODORLESS, tasteless gases that surrounds the earth.")
2. Is tea just dirty water? 18% said yeah, pretty much.
3. Is Santa having elves ethical? That's assuming they get room and board, but no actual money. We're split on that one: 53% said yes, and 47% said no.
4. Is a smoothie really just baby food for adults? 17% said yes to that one.
5. Does pizza taste better in a square or a circle? 25% think square pizza is better.
You could keep going with the classics..Is a Hot Dog a Sandwich? and How many holes does a straw have?

For some people, having a cluttered home can make you feel stressed . . . and apparently, the same goes for your digital space.
A new study has found that 1-in-4 people feel stressed and overwhelmed when they have too many tabs or windows open on their browser.
The problem is both
Organization, like being hesitant to close tabs because you're dealing with complex tasks, and forgetting to close other tabs after you're done with them . . .
Multi-tasking, where you may be dealing with a travel reservation in one window, responding to emails in another, and researching products and services in another . . .
And of course there's noise and distraction, like pop-up ads, notifications , and chats.
There's no simple solution, but a couple things to try include: Consciously minimizing clutter by deciding on a max number of tabs to have open at any one time or pushing yourself to resolve tasks before beginning new ones.
Some people use online tools to manage tabs or shift some tasks offline to pen and paper.
But the researchers warn that things like that could be counter-productive . . . quote, "These approaches are similar to someone not actually cleaning but just rearranging things in the same space the problem doesn't go away."
