Lilith Fair lives..well sort of.

her all-female music festival, which pays homage to the iconic ’90s festival, Lilith Fair. The project highlights Rodrigo’s growing influence beyond her own chart-topping career.

Daisy Chain Fields Music Festival, with all net proceeds going to charties.

It's a one day festival in California with a huge line up. First off Lilith Fair co-founder Sarah McLachlan, special guest Stevie Nicks, plus Chappell Roan, Garbage, Doechii, Katseye and others!!!

Rodrigo further explained her mission for Daisy Chain Fields, saying that there has been so much “cruelty in the world” as of late, and the festival is a way to bring “strong and beautiful” artists together.

“I just feel like we need something really positive to do and see, and young girls need awesome role models who are supporting other women and who are engaging in something that’s really joyful and musical and community-oriented,” Rodrigo added.

Rodrigo explains Daisy Chain Fields as a “hippie girl, riot grrrl punk type of thing, like flower child meets riot grrrl.”

A 21-year-old woman is lamenting the name her lifelong friend, 22-year-old Loreen, has given her newborn daughter. It's a lovely name, Juliet.

BUT...spelled Ghiuliyette. Don’t even think of just using her middle name; it's just as bad, Mahriya.

“I thought the spelling was a joke until she told me they are serious,” the unidentified Redditor penned on the platform late last month. “I told her that … that spelling of a simple but beautiful name is just going to ruin that little girl’s life. She got mad and told me to stop ‘ruining’ her mood and that I’m being mean.”

Here's your dumb criminal of the day.

A retail crime report out of the Pacific Northwest features a suspect whose defense strategy didn't go quite as planned. Upon being apprehended by security outside a major electronics retailer, the suspect confidently informed officers they shouldn't be able to see him because he had cast a literal "concealment spell" before entering the store.

A German man called the emergency line claiming he’d been shot. When the emergency crew and police arrived and secured the house, they found the man had only a small spider bite on his arm. The man told police he had made up the gunshot story so they would come as quickly as possible because he was so scared of dying from the bite.

Merlin the Duck, the unofficial mascot of the World Cup in Mexico City, is at it again!

Wearing the green jersey of Mexico’s national soccer team and a FIFA tie, he waddled into the room ahead of President Claudia Sheinbaum, took a seat facing reporters and quickly became the star of her Monday morning news briefing.

The president eventually had to cut off questions to move the news conference along, but not before trying to pet Merlín and posing for a photo with the family.

Staring at a blank page? Writer's Block? Try switching your font or changing the text color.

That small visual change can make your brain feel like you're working on something new, helping you break out of a creative rut.

It won't magically solve writer's block, but it often lowers the pressure of writing the "perfect" first draft and makes it easier to get words flowing again.

Facing a tough decision? Try lying down for a few minutes while you think.

Many people find it easier to process complex thoughts when they're relaxed, free from physical tension, and without the distractions of standing or moving around.

While lying down doesn't literally make your brain think faster, it can help you focus, reflect more clearly, and reduce mental overload when weighing an important choice.

I guarantee that this won't work for me...I'd fall asleep and have a nap.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - If you were to gather every ant on Earth and put them on one side of a giant scale, their combined weight would be roughly equal to the combined weight of every human on Earth.
