The Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute (NZCBI) announced it will welcome a new pair of giant pandas, Bao Li [BOW-lee] and Qing Bao [ching-BOW], to the Zoo by the end of the year. Giant pandas are icons in Washington, D.C., and beloved around the nation and the world.

Both are two years old, and Bao means treasure and the male's name means energetic, and the female's means green.

FedEx will be delivering them.

"Minecraft" recently celebrated its 15th birthday and is the best-selling video game of all time with over 300 million copies sold.  it's ABOUT TIME it gets the TV treatment. Like "Fallout", "Halo", "The Last of Us" , and the list of video game adaptations could go on.

It's officially happening at Netflix and it'll be ANIMATED. Not much is known about it yet, except it'll be an original story with new characters to show a new side of the "Minecraft" world.  No word when it'll come out.

It's not clear if anyone behind the Jason Momoa and Jack Black movie is involved, but it doesn't seem like it. The "Minecraft" movie will hit theaters next April.

What's something you're oddly proud of but rarely talk about?  Either because you're embarrassed to be proud, or you think people might judge you for it?  Someone asked Reddit "What is a flex you're proud of but too embarrassed to show it off?"  Some highlights.

"I can burp louder than a lawnmower."  Their all-time best is 98 decibels.

"I can spit more than 15 feet."

A guy claimed a stripper once asked for his phone number.

Toe dexterity was a popular answer.  The best one was a person who said their middle toe doesn't curl . . . so they can flip people off with their feet.

"I have a GoPro video I posted in 2008 with 16 million views . . . [of] me crashing on my bike and breaking a rib."

"My Wordle statistics."

"I have a very sensitive nose.  I can smell things that others can't . . . and pick out different people's smell after I know them for a bit."

"I can name around 1,200 species of plants and trees native to the Appalachian region of Ohio."

"I can sing the Mongolian National Anthem by heart."  But they've never been to Mongolia.

A guy had to pee in a Gatorade bottle in the car, filled it up, and was proud to learn his bladder can hold 32 ounces.

See the thread here.

A guy in Kansas named Doyle Archer just earned a Guinness World Record for the oldest truck driver in the world.  He's 90 years old and still truckin' with no plans to retire.  He's been at it more than 60 years and logged 5.5 million miles.

(Too bad his blinker has been on for the last million miles.)

A guy in England is in the news after he installed a "Little Free Library" outside his house, but for DVDs instead of books . . . and made it look like a tiny Blockbuster store.

BuzzFeed readers made a list of famous people whose acting debuts were quite disappointing.
