Lenny Kravitz went viral a few weeks ago for posting a video of himself at the gym in leather pants. Well, it turns out, it's his typical gym fit.
Lenny says he's always in boots with leather pants or jeans. It doesn't bother him because he doesn't sweat much when he's lifting weights.
And also because of his schedule. Quote, "I'm coming from somewhere or I'm going somewhere, I just don't care. I'm gonna pop in, I've got 45 minutes, we're gonna hit it and I'm gonna go run to where I'm going . . .
But he says he'll "obviously" wear sweats if he's doing cardio, because that's when he gets a real sweat going.
Lenny says he knows what he's doing and has had the same trainer for 25 years. He's also trained with professional athletes. Quote, "I won't mention names, but they're all people you would know. And they'll tell you I train very seriously."

Growing up, you were probably reminded — if not scolded — for leaving the lights on after you left a room: “You’re wasting money and energy!” While yes, it is true that turning the lights off will help reduce your electricity bill, does the same go for energy? And if so, are you really saving that much to make an impact?
Well, it's complicated.
If you still have the old incandescent lights, they should be turned off every time.
If you have updated all your lights to LED you can leave them on all day.
A Fluorescent light's lifespan is reduced when you turn them on and off. if you are leaving the room for more than 15 minutes you could turn them off, otherwise leave them on.

With the 221st pick in the NFL Draft on Saturday, the Buffalo Bills chose Travis Clayton. They picked him to play offensive line, even though he's never played that position.
I should also note that he's never played ANY position. Because he's never played a single snap of football in his entire life.
He's a professional RUGBY player from the U.K., and he was one of 16 players in this year's International Player Pathway program, which gives international athletes a chance to enter the NFL.
He is 6'-7" and can run the 40-yard dash in 4.79 seconds.

Melissa McCarthy posted some pictures of herself looking thinner than usual. And Barbra Streisand replied, quote, "Did you take Ozempic?"
Well, the Internet went off on Barbra, to the point that she apologized. She called Melissa a friend and added, quote, "She looked fantastic! I just wanted to pay her a compliment. I forgot the world is reading!"
For the record, Melissa wasn't offended at all. A TMZ "reporter" caught up to her and asked if she thought Barbra was out of line. She said, quote, "I think Barbra is a treasure and I love her."
You can see Melissa in the new Netflix movie Unfrosted Friday May 3rd.
