There's footage of a woman in Houston towing her boyfriend's car with a chain?

They hooked it up to the back of his car and towed it backwards, which is not how it's done.  His Saab was all over the road, and he was in the driver's seat hanging on for dear life.

His girlfriend was also going too fast.  So then his axle broke, and he couldn't steer at all.

An eyewitness said they saw the girlfriend laughing as she drove.  So, she maybe didn't realize how serious the situation was.

Luckily, no one was hurt, and they didn't get cited by the police.

AskReddit asked, "What's something you tried once and immediately knew it wasn't for you?"  The most popular answers include:

1.  Gambling.  "Went to the casino with friends for a weekend . . . lost several hundred dollars in about an hour and a half . . . and never placed a bet again."

2.  Running.  "If you ever see me running, then you should too."

3.  Being a morning person.  "I can wake up early if I have to, but I'll never be happy about it."

4.  Scuba diving.  "Didn't make it past the training in the pool."

5.  Hot yoga.  "So many people passing gas . . . and they're humidity farts too."

6.  Virtual reality.  "Made me dizzy and gave me a splitting headache."

7.  Going to a strip club.  "It was so boring, and I just felt bad for the dancers."

8.  Dating someone with opposing political beliefs.  "Nothing wrong with the person, it's just unnecessary conflict when we're 'ideologically incompatible.'"

9.  Giving birth.  "I did it twice.  The brain plays the 'candy corn trick' on you, making you forget how bad delivering a baby is . . . until you do it again."

10.  Skiing.  "I'm not risking my life on that bunny hill again."

11.  Hot tubs.  "It feels like a gigantic soup pot for humans."

12.  Drinking a Bloody Mary.  "It tasted like a spicy, disgusting, fluid lasagna."

13.  Helping the prince of Nigeria.  "Fool me once, shame on you . . . fool me twice, shame on me . . . fool me THREE times . . ."

Remember when Max just became Max, dropping the HBO part from their name..(kind of a stupid move really) well it's all back to HBO Max..streaming can be hard (if you make it.)

Anyway, at a press event with the news they also unveiled a new trailer for the new Superman movie.

What is the optimal number of beers to drink in one sitting?  Someone did a breakdown online, and they claim it's two beers . . . a water . . . and then maybe a third beer, if you're at a bar long enough to pace yourself.  That's apparently the best, unless you want to get hammered.

There are too many variables for there to be any universal yardstick for everyone. Your size, metabolism, how much you’ve had to eat, and your experience with drinking alcohol are just a few aspects that can influence how much you should imbibe.

National Pet Month continues and

In a new survey, one in seven dog owners said they'd "ditch" their partner or spouse, if it meant they could increase their dog's lifespan by three years.  Millennials were the most likely to say this of any generation.

What else would people give up to extend their pets' lives?

Of all groups, Gen Z'ers would be most likely to give up their favorite meals.

Gen X'ers would be most likely to give up coffee forever.

Boomers would be most likely to have all their favorite TV shows and movies spoiled for them . . . in a trade for three more years with their dog.

Of course, people would also be willing to do NORMAL things to extend their dog's life.

64% would improve their dog's diet

58% would take them on more walks

56% would start giving them supplements

42% would start prioritizing their dog's dental care.

A whopping 96% of dog owners say they'd also be willing to pay more per meal to help ensure their dog has the healthiest life possible.

Amongst generations, Gen Z'ers were willing to pay the most.  31% say they'd drop over $10 per meal for their dog.  That seems rich, but 21% of millennials, 20% of Gen X'ers, and 11% of Boomers said the same.
