Martin Z. Mollusk Day - It's held in Ocean City, New Jersey. Martin Z. Mollusk is actually a hermit crab, not a mollusk, and he plays a role similar to that which Punxsutawney Phil does for Groundhog Day. On Martin Z. Mollusk Day, observers watch to see if Martin sees his shadow. If he does, it means that summer will come a week early.

Yesterday it was National Eat What You Want Day and a recent poll found that if we didn't have to worry about our health, the top foods we'd eat more often are pizza, pasta, burgers, and ice cream.

This poll is even more fun though: Someone matched up different foods, and had people vote for one or the other. Over 50,000 people weighed in. Here are ten choices. Which one would YOU want to eat?

1. Sandwich or burger? 60% said burger.

2. Pizza or French fries? We thought it would be closer, but 63% said pizza.

3. Pepperoni pizza or plain cheese? A TIE with 50% each.

4. Waffles or pancakes? The debate over which is better still isn't settled. Another 50/50 tie.

5. Cake or cupcakes? 53% said cake.

6. Tacos or hot dogs? 77% said tacos.

7. Apples or oranges? 65% said apples.

8. Broccoli or cauliflower? There ARE some die-hard cauliflower fans out there, but 78% said broccoli.

9. Ice cream or popsicles? 87% would go with ice cream.

10. Vanilla ice cream or chocolate? Don't underestimate the draw of vanilla ice cream. 53% said vanilla and 47% said chocolate.

A publishing company recently announced that a CELEBRITY is releasing a memoir this July, and that it's going to be a blockbuster. They haven't revealed who the author is yet, but they're accepting pre-orders for $45.

Which is weird. But this is even WEIRDER.

It's on Amazon right now under the name, "4C Untitled Flatiron Nonfiction Summer 2023" and it's currently the #1 bestseller on Amazon's book section and in Barnes & Noble's "Coming Soon" section.

That's because the "Swifties" are under the impression that it's TAYLOR. It's unclear how the rumor got started, but the fans say they see hints, and Taylor loves dropping hints on social media and even in songs.

The mystery book is 544 pages, and those digits added together equals 13, Taylor's lucky number.

Its release date is set for July 9th . . . and there's a lyric in her 2010 song "Last Kiss" saying, quote, "That July 9th, the beat of your heart."

And that could coincide with Taylor's next album, "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)", which will be out July 7th.

But it's apparently not Taylor because the publishing company says that these "Easter eggs" are only coincidences.

And while they didn't outright deny it . . . "Variety" says that they know "for certain" that this mystery author is not Taylor, and they're telling Swifties that they may want to cancel their pending pre-orders.

Doja Cat called her last two albums, "Hot Pink" and "Planet Her", "cash grabs" . . . and said that everyone fell for it.

She added, quote, "Now I can go disappear somewhere and touch grass with my loved ones on an island while y'all weep for mediocre pop."

Naturally, some fans were upset and confused, especially since those albums include her breakthrough hit "Say So" and the Grammy-winning "Kiss Me More" with SZA.

Doja followed that up with the announcement of her next album title, which is called "First of All". She hasn't said whether or not it's a cash grab.

To celebrate all the great music in the Guardian of the Galaxy movies, Rolling Stone has come up with their definitive ranking of every song on the three soundtracks. The criteria was simple: If the song is insanely awesome, it goes high on the list; if it’s only very awesome, it goes a little lower, with the bottom of the list filled out by songs of moderate to low-level awesomeness.

Too bad for The Sneepers f/Daivd Hasselhoff who had the end song of the second film. Last of the 42 songs.

The Top 10 -

10. O-O-H Child - The Five Stairsteps

9. Crazy On You - Heart

8. Bring It On Home To Me - Sam Cooke

7. Badlands - Bruce Springsteen (end title of last move)

6. Ain't No Mountain Hight Enough - Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell

5. Mr. Blue Sky - ELO

4. I Want You Back - Jackson 5

3. The Chain - Fleetwood Mac

2. Surrender - Cheap Trick

1. Flash Light - Parliament

For most people, the black market likely conjures thoughts of prohibited drugs and illegal wildlife. However, the latest botched smuggling attempt to make international headlines revolves around a decidedly less controversial but still unexpected product: Fruit Roll-Ups.

Authorities have reportedly seized more than 650 pounds of the sugary, nostalgic snack at one Israeli airport alone. An American couple arrived at the Airport in late April, customs officials discovered a whopping 375 pounds of Fruit Roll-Ups in their luggage.

In a separate incident, roughly 347 pounds were also discovered. These shipments were so large that they were considered to be commercial quantities of the treat, which makes them subject to certain taxes and fees under the law.

So, why are Americans suddenly attempting to smuggle this familiar snack into Israel? The answer likely involves a recent viral TikTok trend that caused Fruit Roll-Ups to explode in popularity.

A TikTokers favorite "sweet guilty pleasure," turned out to be a small scoop of ice cream sandwiched inside a Fruit Roll-Up. The cold ice cream hardens the Fruit Roll-Up just enough so that you can hear an audible, satisfying crunch upon biting into the treat.

Tom Cruise may have just done his first relatable thing in years: develop a crush on Shakira. The Top Gun: Maverick star and the "Hips Don't Lie" singer were recently spotted together at the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and a source now claims to Page Six, "He is extremely interested in pursuing her. There is chemistry."

The source continued that the singer "needs a soft pillow to fall on, and that could be Tom." The actor was "so taken" by her that he sent her flowers, a source also told the outlet. Shakira, of course, split from soccer star Gerard Piqué last year amid rumors he cheated on her, and since then, she has brutally slammed him in her new music. Cruise, meanwhile, is said to be single.
