Passover, or Pesach, is a major Jewish holiday during the month of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar, usually falling in March or April. The holiday is observed with seders among families, friends and communities, as well as other sacred traditions.
Passover “is one of the most widely celebrated of Jewish holidays,” Aaron Kaufman, executive director of Penn State Hillel, explained to USA Today. “It commemorates the Israelites’ exodus from Egypt as told in the Bible.”
Jewish people observing Passover will often gather for a seder, which Kaufman called “the ritual combination of service and dinner.”
And yes..Happy Passover is an appropriate sentiment to say.

"Fatal Attraction" the movie now turned into a series that's coming to Paramount+ might be worth watching, because it has a compelling twist.
In addition to showing the affair between Dan Gallagher and Alex Forrest that causes so much chaos, it also flashes forward to 15 years later, when Dan is getting out of prison for Alex's murder.
In a new trailer, Dan, played by Joshua Jackson, says, "Every day that I have been in [prison] I have thought about Alexandra Forrest, because I need to understand what I did, how she died and why."
He also says, quote, "I did not kill that woman, and I'm going to prove it."

A South Carolina man's 2-foot, 1-inch whiskers earned him the Guinness World Record for the longest mustache on a living person.
Paul Slosar of Summerville had the length of his mustache verified at the National Beard and Mustache Championships in Casper, Wyo., and the measurement was submitted to Guinness World Records for official verification.
Slosar sports an English-style mustache, defined by the World Beard and Mustache Championships as: "Slender, beginning from the middle of the upper lip with the hairs extremely long and pulled to the side. Tips may be lifted slightly."

Egg prices are still high, so some families may be thinking twice about wasting several cartons for Easter egg coloring. And now, there may be a cheaper alternative: POTATOES.
Potatoes USA is trying to take advantage of the price gouging on eggs by HYPING potatoes as a replacement . . . and supposedly, people are actually giving it a shot.
Some blogs suggest traditional paint for potatoes instead of dyes . . . and just making it an opportunity to have fun switching things up. Others are using edible paint and water-based food coloring so the potatoes can be dyed AND eaten . . . if you're down with that.
However, this is more of a stunt for laughs than an actual "hack."
For starters, a dozen potatoes might not even be cheaper than a carton of eggs. Especially the smooth gold potatoes that are best for color and designs.
And even if they are . . . it's a buck or two. So unless you're coloring on a HUGE scale, the cost saving is minimal.
It also doesn't solve the problem of "losing" an egg in the house until it rots. A lost potato would have a similar fate.
And while the photos of some people's dyed potatoes look good online . . . the execution will be even trickier than getting eggs to turn out.
Idea
If you're REALLY looking to save money, consider having your kids hunt for good ROCKS to paint. That even has the added "fun" of hunting for the rocks you want to use as a canvas.
Then you can go out and hide them in parks and in town so others can find them Check Facebook with your counties name followed by Rocks.

Sitting around usually isn't considered a very healthy move, but it turns out there's one type of sitting that can make you live longer.
A new Time story highlights the argument that sitting on the floor with your legs crossed is one of the 10 healthiest habits. The magazine quotes the authors of a book called Built to Move, which argues that this type of sitting reduces pain in the body that can build up after sitting in a chair or car for hours on end. Researchers recommend sitting on the ground for a total of thirty minutes a day.

Whoopi Goldberg has been known to get gassy on "The View" from time to time. But not every suspicious noise is that.
Sometimes the ladies' coffee mugs make a rumbling sound when they slide across the table that simulates flatulence.
Whoopi even revealed during a show, quote, "We get blamed for dropping gas, when in fact it's a cup."
Luckily, a solution has been found. They've been using coasters since late March.
So now, if it sounds like a fart . . . well, maybe it could still be the chair.
Aging myself..but Roasanna Rosanna Dana's bit about the chair..and moving it all around the office to make the noise again......

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - "Gone With the Wind" is still the highest-grossing film of all time . . . when adjusted for inflation. The original "Star Wars" from 1977 is second.
I wish that instead of $$ a movie makes, it was by ticket sales. Then we could compare movies from all time.
