There's no wrong time to exercise . . . any exercise is better than nothing.  But a new study suggests there COULD BE a "right time.

A new study tracked people over eight years, and found that people who exercise in the evening have a 61% lower risk of death from any cause compared to people who don't exercise.

Everyone who exercised was better off, but the people who exercised in the morning and afternoon only had lower risks of 33% and 40%, respectively.  So it wasn't as dramatic as the people who worked out at night.

Why is exercising at night better?  The data suggests it could be because our bodies are primed to handle blood sugar better later in the day.  (The study was focused on people who were obese, many with Type 2 diabetes.)

And fitting in some exercise in the evening might lower our blood pressure throughout the night and into the next morning.

The study also found that the frequency of exercise . . . how often you move . . . seemed to matter more for health than the duration of the activity.

Margot Robbie is taking on another unexpected project – she’s signed on to produce a film based on Monopoly. Monopoly is reportedly the world’s most popular board game brand, with 99% global awareness. Still, it remains to be seen how you make a movie out of a board game.

Yesterday was National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day and one of the earliest references to melted cheese sandwiches is featured in Sarah Tyson Rorer's "Mrs. Rorer's New Cookbook" from the year 1902.

New research says the average American adult eats 36 grilled cheeses each year. That seems like a lot right???

But you also don't have kids.  The AVERAGE of 36 includes parents with kids who eat a LOT of grilled cheeses a year . . . and parents eat them too because they aren't in the mood to make another meal.

70% of people say they use butter when making them, while 20% add mayo.

America is divided on the way to cut the sandwich.  52% cut them in half diagonally, while 21% cut them in half vertically . . . and 10% cut them in half horizontally (you people need help.)  17% of people don't cut them at all.

Do you ever go for a walk after a big meal?  Well, there's a sexy new term for those laps around the block . . .

"FART WALK" is trending after a 70-year-old cookbook author named Mairlyn Smith coined it on TikTok.  (Here's the video.)

She's a big fan of high-fiber meals, and she and her husband go on regular fart walks to get things moving.  It helps with bloating.  Plus, walking is just a great, low-impact way to get some exercise.

A G.I. doctor weighed in and said your fart walks don't need to be that long.  Even five or 10 minutes can be helpful.  Quote, "When you are moving, your G.I. tract is also moving.  There needs to be motion to help move the food along."

Mairlyn isn't embarrassed to talk about her fart walks and doesn't think you should be either.  She's proud of them . . . but does see the humor in forever being known as the fart walk inventor.

New data shows that grocery shopping on an empty stomach costs you an extra $26 per trip, on average.

From personal experience that seems LOW . . . when I'm hungry, I go from thinking, "I need to stick to the list" to "Well, the list was just a starting point."

76% of people agree that they're more likely to spend more if they shop while hungry, and about 60% say they're also likely to buy more UNHEALTHY foods.

The research also found that the average person makes two grocery runs per week, and budgets $162 for their haul.  Although that's vague because they don't break down how that may change depending on the size of the household.

Got those taxes done?  The deadline is Monday.

A study found the average American will pay just under $525,000 in taxes in their life.  The exact number is $524,625.

That's not just income taxes.  It includes things like sales tax and property taxes.  Altogether, it amounts to 35% of all the money we earn.

It depends on where you live though.  People in one state actually have to cough up over HALF their earnings.  In New Jersey, 54% of your money gets taxed away.  Connecticut is next at 49%, then Vermont and New York at 45%.

Compared to that, people in Alaska have it pretty easy at just 25%.  There's no statewide sales tax in Alaska, so that's one reason.  After that, it's Delaware at 26%, and Louisiana at 27%.

We hear a lot about AI and Elon Musk in a new interview says “My guess is that we’ll have AI that is smarter than any one human probably around the end of next year.”

The billionaire then went on to predict that AI will exceed all human intelligence within the next five years.

Let's remind you that he's usually inaccurate with timelines,  but it will get better during the next 20 Years.

The next version of their models will be capable of reasoning and planning, both seen as crucial steps on the path to AGI. (artificial general intelligence)

Bridgerton's third season is slated to return this spring in two, four-episode parts with Part 1 featuring the season's first four episodes which premiere on May 13, and Part 2 which premiere on June 13.

Looks like we will be focusing on Penelope Featherington, who has left behind her crush on Colin Bridgerton, after he talked badly about her last season.

“I think it gives us a really good place to start,” Luke Newton said, “If everything’s all good between the two, there’s less growth for the two of them…”
