We'll just let the quote from the Martin County Sheriff's Office Facebook Page give you the details of this Florida Man crime.
38-year old Bradford Weitzel, of Port St. Lucie, told Martin County Sheriff’s Detectives that he couldn’t find his car after leaving a Martin County bar early this morning, so he stole one in a good faith effort to locate his own. He said he somehow ended up on the train tracks along Indian River Drive. That’s when Weitzel claims the vehicle he stole suddenly stopped dead on the tracks as a train was coming. So he said he got out and ran, leaving the car on the tracks. Within seconds, the train hit the car, catapulting it into a nearby home where the homeowners were sound asleep. Fortunately, they were not physically injured, although the explosive sound of a driverless car smashing into the side of their home was clearly jolting. Meanwhile, Weitzel continued on to a nearby fruit stand, where he vandalized the business then tried to steal a forklift. In the end, Weitzel said he thought it was best to flag down the responding deputies to let them know he was still looking for his car.
Bradford Weitzel was arrested and charged with Grand Theft, and Criminal Mischief. Additional charges are expected.

Something to remember if you work from home. A German court has ruled that a man who slipped while walking a few metres from his bed to his home office can claim on workplace accident insurance as he was technically commuting.
The man was working from home and on his way to his desk one floor below his bedroom, slipped on the spiral staircase and and broke his back.
The court noted that the employee usually started working in his home office “immediately without having breakfast beforehand”, but did not explain why that was relevant to the case. However, later it said that statutory accident insurance was only afforded to the “first” journey to work, suggesting that a trip on the way to get breakfast after already being in the home office could be rejected.
It ruled: “The plaintiff suffered an accident at work when he fell on the way to his home office in the morning.”
In many countries, firms have a duty of care to their employees, regardless of where they work.

The website Thrillist took on the challenge of ranking every current MLB stadium by their food, and are heavily weighting their rankings with regards to each stadium’s best overall dish.
The winner is The Seattle Mariners T-Mobile Park. The best item...almost everything.
It's a far cry from peanuts and Cracker Jacks. Wontons, Lobster Rolls, Customizable Ice Cream Sandwiches, Ahi Tuna and Salmon Poke Bowls. Even toasted grasshoppers in a zesty citrus seasoning..and it's a best seller!
The Minnesota Twins Target Field is second, and the Mets Citi Field comes in third. The Yankees do make #7.
Read all about the food here! Gonna need a seventh-inning stretch!
