Today's Useless Fact of the Day - It's maple sugaring season!

Although it sometimes starts as early as mid-February, maple sugaring usually begins around the first week of March. The trend, which appears to be spreading through social media, has young people donning costumes and mimicking animal behaviors in public spaces. Forget hour-long gym sessions! The hottest wellness trend of 2026 is "snack-sized workouts"—lighter, shorter, and more consistent activity that fits into busy schedules. As more people return to offices (hybrid or full-time), there's simply less room for lengthy fitness classes. Wellness experts say we're seeing a backlash against the "all or nothing" mindset. Think 15-minute morning yoga, lunchtime walks, or quick HIIT sessions. The key? Consistency over intensity. Small, sustainable movement beats sporadic marathon workouts every time!
I'm a little disappointed now, I thought this was eating snacks.
