Chuck Negron, one of the three founding members of the rock group Three Dog Night and lead singer on some of their biggest hits, died Monday at age 83.

Negron’s voice was heard as the lead vocalist on such hits as “Joy To The World (Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog),” “One (Is the Loneliest Number),” “Old Fashioned Love Song,” “The Show Must Go On” and “Easy To Be Hard.”

What was the last straw that made you quit your job?

They hired a person, paid them more, but they couldn't do the job. Went to the boss and said "(person) can't do this job, pay me more and fire them, or I walk". They said no, so I left.

‘Boss said, we expect you to go above and beyond without extra pay, extra respect or even extra coffee. I went above and beyond straight out the door.

Instead of the usual annual bonuses, management threw a pizza party. There wasn’t enough pizza for everyone.

My boss constantly micromanaged my every move and criticized my work, even when it was good. The final straw was when he told me I needed to get permission to use the bathroom.

They scheduled a mandatory “wellness seminar” about work-life balance on a Saturday morning. Unpaid.

Get in on the conversation here.

In the most relatable tech warning of the year, McDonald’s has officially issued a "Life Literacy" alert to its customers. They’ve revealed that "bigmac" is one of the most commonly used (and easily hacked) passwords for their rewards app. If you’re using your favorite burger as your digital security, it’s officially time for an upgrade.

According to 2026 lifestyle forecasts, we are officially in the "Year of the Gummy." Gen Z and Millennials are driving a huge demand for "squishy" tactile products—think bendy phone cases, elastic cheek tints, and probiotic treats with a spring-back bite. If it feels like a marshmallow, it’s probably trending.

Data analysts are tracking a massive surge in the "Perfect February" trend on Twitter.

It started on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. 4 of every day of the week. No stray dates.

It's symmetrical! It's not chaotic!

Kelly Clarkson is ending her talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, after seven seasons.

"This was not an easy decision, but this season will be my last hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show. Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives."

"This isn’t goodbye," Clarkson added in her post. "I’ll still be making music, playing shows here and there and you may catch me on The Voice from time to time … you never know where I might show up next.

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - 2004, Mark Zuckerberg launched "TheFacebook" from his Harvard dorm room.

It was originally only available to Harvard students. The "The" was dropped from the name in 2005 after the company purchased the domain facebook.com for $200,000.

The reason Facebook is primarily blue is that Zuckerberg is red-green colorblind; blue is the color he can see most vividly.
