An asteroid is on a potential path to collide with the Moon. Scientists warn that such an impact could send debris cascading toward Earth, potentially triggering a destructive meteor shower in 2032.
Oh, and it's roughly the size of 240 toasters.

Really? This is the laziest scale information ever!
Ok..AI to the rescue.
The calculations based on a standard 2-slice toaster, which typically measures about 11 x 7 x 7 inches.
Individual Toaster Volume: ~539 cubic inches
Total Volume for 240 Toasters: 129,360 cubic inches
In Cubic Feet: ~75 cubic feet
In Cubic Meters: ~2.1 cubic meters
So...240 toasters equal
A Large Refrigerator: About 2.5 standard French-door refrigerators worth of space.
A Small Garden Shed: They would fill about half of a typical 4x4-foot storage shed.
A Cargo Van: They would easily fit in the back of a Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter, taking up about 20-30% of the floor-to-ceiling cargo space.
Or in animal terms, A Hippopotamus or African Elephant.
How about 12 to 15 Large Golden Retrievers or 600 to 700 Guinea Pigs.
See..much more fun!

In a major health milestone for 2026, the U.S. adult obesity rate has dropped to 37%, down from 39.9% just three years ago. Experts attribute the shift to a combination of better food education and the widespread use of GLP-1 medications.
Because of this, clothing brands are drastically changing their inventory. Retailers are now stocking more smaller sizes and fewer larger sizes to keep up with the "surging demand" from consumers using weight-loss tech.

Kraft Heinz has announced the KegChup: a beer-style keg filled with 114 ounces of Heinz ketchup, complete with a tap dispenser.

Introduced just in time to build hype for Super Bowl weekend, the container stands just under 20 inches tall and resembles a small beverage keg.
It even has an "easy to dispense spigot,"

Little Jude Owens (UK) may be just two years old, but he’s already impressing the pros with his snooker skills. (think pool)
He’d confidently tell you that he could beat you in a game, and the thing is, he’s very likely to be right.
The youngster first got into playing snooker and pool when his dad Luke bought him a mini table to play on.
At 2 years 261 days old, Jude became the youngest person to make a snooker double pot.
A double pot in snooker is when two balls are legally potted with a single strike of the cue ball, into different pockets.
Jude has already mastered techniques that even adults can struggle with, like floating bridge shots and potting using the rest.

Not surprisingly, most men would prefer to receive a gadget rather than candy or flowers from their partners on Valentine’s Day. Of the 607 male and female respondents, 61 percent of men said that tech gear would be their gift of choice. The poll found that an increasing number of women, 23 percent, would rather receive a tech item than bouquets or sweets on Valentine’s Day.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - 1690, the Massachusetts Bay Colony issued the first paper money in what is now the United States.
They weren't called "dollars" yet; they were bills of credit used to pay soldiers returning from an expedition to Quebec. They were easily forged because they were printed on standard paper with simple ink.
