1998 - Wide Open Spaces - The Dixie Chicks

25 Years Ago - 1998 The Dixie Chicks released their fourth album and major label debut Wide Open Spaces.

It was the first album with Natalie Maines and was their breakthrough. The album won the Best Country Album and Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for "There's Your Trouble."

Singles were "I Can Love You Better" #77 Hot 100 #7 Country, "There's Your Trouble" #36 #1 Country, "Wide Open Spaces" #41 #1 Country, "You Were Mine" #34 #1 Country, and "Tonight the Heartache's On Me" #46 #6 Country.

I really enjoyed listening to this. Yes I know they are just The Chicks these days.
