25 Years Ago - 1998 INOJ released Ready for the World.

The first single was a remake of the Ready for the Work song "Love You Down." It made #25 on the Hot 100 #19 Mainstream Top 40 #5 Rhythmic. The follow-up was a reworking of Cyndi Laouper's "Time After Time." It made #6 on the Hot 100 #30 R&B and #9 Rhythmic.

INOJ, pronounced "eye know jay" is also Joni spelled backward which was a nickname.
