30 Years Ago - 1995 Duran Duran released their eighth album Thank You.

It is a covers album, and critics hated it. It also didn't sell all that well.

"Perfect Day" is a cover of a Lou Reed song, which he says is the best cover of any of his songs. It just missed the Hot 100.

"White Lines (Don't Do It)" is a cover of the Grandmaster Flash and Melle Mel song (both appeared on this version) It peaked at #5 on the Club chart.
