1991 Tom Cochrane released his second album Mad Mad World. The album earned Canadian Cochrane four Juno Awards including Album of the Year, Single of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year. Huge hit "Life is a Highway" made #6.
