35 Years Ago - 1990 They Might Be Giants released their third studio album Flood.
It was their first major label release and many fans, including young viewers of Tiny Toon Adventures, were first exposed to They Might Be Giants's music through Flood.
"Birdhouse in Your Soul" peaked at #3 on the Alternative Airplay chart.
"Twisting" made #22 on the Alternative Airplay chart.
"Istanbul (Not Constantinople)" is a cover of a top ten 1953 song by The Four Lads. Featured on MTV's Liquid Television and Tiny Toon Adventures. It didn't chart.
"Particle Man" also appeared on Tiny Toons.
