35 Years Ago - 1990 Madonna released an album to accompany the film Dick Tracy.

Three songs by Stephen Sondheim were in the movie, others are inspired by the film.

The first single seems tacked on but you can't deny that it is a smash!

"Vogue" brings the world of Harlem's ballroom scene (watch the TV show Pose for the great story of this genre of dancing.) It was #1 Hot 100 and Club, #23 AC, #16 R&B.

"Hanky Panky" peaked at #10
