35 Years Ago - 1988 Martika released her debut self-titled album.

The first single was "More Than You Know" peaked at #18 and #12 Club.

"Toy Soldiers was next and was a #1 smash. (#37 AC)

Although this was the album Martika attempted to break away from her Kids Incorporated image, she did have four of her former Kids Incorporated castmates sing the "children's chorus."

"I Feel the Earth Move" is a cover of the Carol King song and peaked at #25 and #20 Club.
