1986 Luther Vandross released his fifth album Give Me the Reason. The svelter Luther gave us these singles from the album, "Give Me the Reason" (#57 #3 R&B), "Stop to Love" (#15 #1 R&B), "There's Nothing Better Than Love" (#50 #1 R&B), "I Really Didn't Mean It" (#6 R&B), and "So Amazing" (#94 R&B.)
