40 Years Ago - 1984 Spandau Ballet released their fourth album Parade.
This was the follow-up to True which was a huge worldwide hit.
America really couldn't care less which is too bad. Another of those great produced albums from the 80s.
Chart positions are for the UK unless noted.
"Only When You Leave" was the only single to chart in the US and only peaked at #34, #36 AC, #40 Mainstream Rock (Shame, it's a great song). In the UK it made #3.
"I'll Fly for You" peaked at #9
"Highly Strung" made #15
"Round and Round" peaked at #18
