This album is regarded as their first overtly political album.

"New Year's Day" was the first single making #53 on the Hot 100 and #2 Mainstream Rock.

"Sunday Bloody Sunday" was next making #7 Mainstream Rock.

"Two Hearts Beat as One" made #12 Mainstream Rock and "Surrender" was #27 mainstream Rock.
