1981 Eddie Rabbit released his seventh album Step by Step. The title track was a #5 Hot 100 crossover "Someone Could Lose A Heart Tonight" (#15 #1 Country), and "I Don't Know Where to Start" (#35 #2 Country) were also singles. I haven't heard this song since...probably 1981!
