1980 - Blizzard of Oxx - Ozzy Osbourne

45 Years Ago - 1980 Ozzy Osbourne released his debut solo album Blizzard of Ozz.

It wasn't released in the US will March 1981.

This was his first release following his firing from Black Sabbath and he worked with Randy Rhoads.

"Crazy Train" peaked at #9 Mainstream Rock. After Ozzy's death earlier this year, it made #39 Hot 100 and #6 Hot Rock & Alternative Songs.

"Mr. Crowley" in 2025 it made #22 Hot Rock & Alternative Songs.
