1979 - Phoenix - Dan Fogelberg

45 Years Ago - 1979 Dan Fogelberg released his sixth album Phoenix.

The Sacramento Bee called the album "an assemblage of alleged rockers and tedious love ballads." I find this harsh as it was a lovely listen.

"Longer" one of his best-known songs peaked at #2, #1 AC and #85 Country!

"Heart Hotels" made #21 and #3 AC.
