1976 Kiss released their fifth album Rock and Roll Over. First single "Hard Luck Woman" was written as a possible track for Rod Stewart. Paul Stanley said that "Brandy" by Looking Glass was the main inspiration for the song. It made #15. "Calling Dr. Love" was the follow-up making #16.
