12/30/25 - My #1 Song of the Year

"Abracadabra" by Lady Gaga is my #1 song of the year. It was a constant late Spring and all summer long. Makes you move and sing along! (The Floor's on Fire!!!!)

It came from the repeat listenable album Mayhem. 

It has nominations for the upcoming 68th Annual Grammy Awards, including Record and Song of the Year.

Siouxsie and the Banshees members Susan Janet Ballion, Peter Edward Clarke, Steven Severin, and John McGeoch received songwriting credits, as it incorporates elements from their 1981 single "Spellbound".

Chart wise, it made #13, #27 AC, #6 Adult Pop Airplay and Pop Airplay, and #1 Dance/Pop. Year End #1 Dance/Pop
