A woman's résumé hack is all over TikTok because it's brilliant . . . and because it's weird you have to go to these lengths in 2024.  It all hinges on the fact that companies use A.I. to filter out job candidates now.

Here's the hack:  Just copy the entire job description and paste it somewhere into your résumé in the tiniest font possible.  Then make the font white, so it's invisible.  A.I. will still see it, and it'll have all the keywords it's looking for.

Congratulations Buffalo on winning the Golden Snowball Award for most snow this winter.

After an iceless winter Lake Erie has hit 50F for the 3rd fastest time.

The earliest 50F lake water temp was April 30th, 1938.

The only other year to reach 50F so fast was May 1st, 1942.

People are listing things that were once hyped as the "next big thing" . . . but never got close and have basically VANISHED.  Here are the best ones:

Google+ . . . Google's social network that was supposed to rival Facebook.

The Metaverse . . . Facebook's alternate reality virtual space.

3D televisions . . . and 3D movies.

HD DVD . . . It lost out to Blu-ray in the mid-2000s.  Before that, Betamax!

Quibi . . . It was a streaming platform focusing on short-form content.

NFTs . . . Particularly the digital photos that were going for big bucks.

The two-wheeled Segway "personal transporter."

Olestra . . . the fat substitute.

A 100-year-old veteran in Maryland just got his college diploma.  He's a former pilot named Jack Milton who served in World War Two, Korea, and Vietnam.

He had enough credits to graduate from the University of Maryland in the mid-1960s before he left for Vietnam.  But he never did.  The school surprised him with a diploma for his 100th birthday last week.

Snoop Dogg is making NCAA history by getting his own college football bowl game.  It's called the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented By Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop.

It's the first-ever bowl game to be presented by an alcoholic beverage company.  Snoop says, quote, "I've sent many players through my Snoop Youth Football League to colleges (and the NFL) .

"It's only fitting that I bring the 'juice' back to college football.  Dr. Dre and I are excited to bring our brand to the next level with this partnership, and we're going to make the Arizona Bowl into a game day experience like never before."

The Snoop Arizona Bowl will air December 28th.

Have you seen the "man or bear" question that's been super-viral on social media this week?

Someone asked women:  Would you rather be ALONE IN THE WOODS with a bear or a man?  Presumably, a man you don't know.

If you search TikTok for it, you'll find a million videos, like one where a guy asks eight women on the street . . . and SEVEN of them say bear.

Plenty of women are defending guys and saying it's a ridiculous question that's not really being answered honestly.  But it's sparked a huge discussion on how safe . . . or unsafe . . . women feel around men in general.

People online are just eating FULL LEMONS now, peel and all.

Some TikTok'er recently discovered a type of lemon you're SUPPOSED to eat whole.  The brand is Lemon Snack, owned by an Italian company.  They're undersized lemons that are sweeter and less sour, with thinner peels.

She's skeptical in the video, but tries one and loves it.  Then she sprinkles on salt and chili powder and loves them even more.

The problem is they're not easy to find in the U.S.  The closest thing widely available is a kumquat, which looks more like a tiny orange.

So people online have resorted to just eating NORMAL lemons whole, and some claim they like it . . . even as their whole face puckers.  Their favorite method is to cut them up thin and cover them in honey and Tajin.
