Did you know we would save 20.9 billion pounds of CO2 per year if we just cut our showers down by one minute? Keep this in mind the next time you are lounging in the shower.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the average shower lasts 8 minutes. If you like to linger in the shower for longer than 15 minutes, you might want to rethink your hygiene routine.

According to board-certified dermatologist Dr. Edidiong Kaminska, MD, the recommended maximum shower time is about 5 to 10 minutes. This is enough time to cleanse and hydrate the skin without overdoing it.

A man in a wheelchair, disguised as an old lady, got up out of the wheelchair, removed the wig and threw a piece of cake at the Leonardo da Vinci masterpiece in the Louvre Museum in Paris.

'The painting is protected by glass so no damage was done, but it was a scene for sure.

The man shouted at the crowd to think of planet Earth when he hurled the desert. It was laced in cream, so the smear was apparent. He also threw roses in the gallery.

Lourve staff quickly removed the smear from the glass. As for the vandal, he was reportedly taken away for psychiatric care.

The 16th-century Renaissance painting has been targeted several times before. It was stolen in 1911 by a Lourve employee. In the 1950s, it was badly damaged in a sulfuric acid attack and ever since was secured behind bulletproof glass.

George Washington died in 1799, and the first dinosaur fossil was found in 1824, which means Washington never knew dinosaurs existed. But if you think about it, dinosaurs also never knew George Washington existed either.
