Montana is the first state to enact a complete ban on TikTok after Republican Gov. Greg Gianforte signed the bill Wednesday. Scheduled to take effect next January, the sweeping measure will undoubtedly face legal challenges and become a testing ground on whether a TikTok-free America is even possible; cybersecurity pros question whether the new law is enforceable.

The Discovery Channel's annual Shark Week is just on the horizon, and there's a new voice set to MC the block of programming.
Jason Momoa, who knows a thing or two about the deep seas following his portrayal of the DC universe's Aquaman, will lead the 35th annual celebration. All week long he'll host events and unearth some little known shark facts.
"As the host of Shark Week, I am beyond excited to take you along this journey," Momoa said during Warner Bros. Discovery's Upfronts, according to Variety. "This project means more to me than a week of talking about sharks. It's a chance for me to learn and share my connection to these amazing creatures. My love of sharks came long before my time as Aquaman — it began several generations before me."
Momoa reprises his role as the underwater superhero in the sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom to hit theaters in December.

Taco Bell says the phrase is so generic that any company should be able to use it. But Taco John's, a smaller chain mostly in the West and Midwest, says it’s been using "Taco Tuesday" since the 1980s and shouldn't have to give up its trademark, which the Bell is now contesting in a filing to the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office.

A lot of the activities available to participate in on Sunday will center around this year’s event theme of ‘Be bold, be brave, be you!’
Event Coordinator Michelle Halperin says, “This was a theme that we thought is perfect for right now. “We want to teach kids to be who they are and to be true to yourself.”

Believe it or not, the Oscar Mayer "Wienermobile" has been around for 87 YEARS . . . but that run MAY be coming to an end.
Oscar Mayer just announced that they're changing the name . . . from the Wienermobile to the Frankmobile, and no, it's not because people now have a problem with the word "wiener" . . . it's a marketing thing.
The change is meant to promote a new recipe, which they're rolling out this summer. The new formula for their All Beef Franks will feature a "more balanced flavor profile and iconic beefy taste."
Oscar Mayer last changed its recipe in 2017.
The hot dog packaging will be updated as well. But the actual Wienermobile-slash-Frankmobile will not be changed, other than some decals along the side that announce the name change.
But a spokesperson is being coy about the name change and says they're "trying out [the name] to see if it 'cuts the mustard' with its fans."
