As expected, Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department makes a gigantic debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart (dated May 4), securing her 14th chart-topping album. She ties Jay-Z for the most No. 1s among soloists in the nearly-70-year history of the chart. Only The Beatles, with 19 No. 1s, have more.

The album had 2.61 Million equivalent album units earned (vinyl with a staggering 859,000 which sets the record for that format)

The largest streaming week for an album ever

The second-largest week for an album

Adele still has the largest sales week (which probably will never be broken) with 25 at 3.482 Million in 2015.

Researchers looked at the health records of almost half-a-million people.  And the ones who regularly opted to take the STAIRS instead of an elevator were far less likely to die young.

It wasn't a small difference either.  They were 39% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease, and 24% less likely to die from any cause.

"Our study suggested that the more stairs climbed, the greater the benefits.  [So] whether at work, home, or elsewhere, take the stairs."

If you're ordering a breakfast sandwich like a bacon-egg-and-cheese, what's the best possible bread option?

Hundreds of people voted and had these five options to choose from:  English muffin, bagel, croissant, roll, or toast.

Of the people who do like them, the winner is . . . ENGLISH MUFFIN with 26% of the vote.

After that, it's bagel, 23% . . . toast, 21% . . . croissant, 20% . . . and roll, 10%.

Around 1 in 7 people said they don't like breakfast sandwiches.

Have you ever felt like your days are slipping away, consumed by activities that don’t truly enrich your life? It’s a common struggle, and the culprit is often hiding in plain sight: time killers.

Time Killers are sneaky saboteurs that rob us of our quality time.

Distractions, Procrastination, Time Drift, and Poor Energy State.

Distractions are notorious time killers because they break your concentration and disrupt your flow.

To beat procrastination, try breaking large projects into smaller, manageable steps and focus on completing one step at a time.

Time Drift happens when you don’t have a clear direction or focus, and you’re just “going with the flow” – except the flow isn’t taking you anywhere meaningful.

To combat Time Drift, set clear goals and intentions for your day, week, and overall trajectory.

Poor Energy State can happen because of poor sleep habits, unhealthy diet choices, lack of exercise, and chronic stress are all common culprits.

Multitasking and overcommitting can also leave you feeling scattered and depleted.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - Perrier is naturally carbonated, but the carbon dioxide that makes the bubbles is removed when it's purified . . . so then they add carbonation back in artificially.
