This goes against all the advice to make your bed every morning.
Failing to make your bed in the morning may actually help keep you healthy, scientists believe. Research suggests that while an unmade bed may look scruffy it is also unappealing to house dust mites thought to cause asthma and other allergies. A (Kingston University) study discovered the bugs cannot survive in the warm, dry conditions found in an unmade bed.
… The average bed could be home to up to 1.5 million house dust mites. The bugs, which are less than a millimeter long, feed on scales of human skin and produce allergens which are easily inhaled during sleep. The warm, damp conditions created in an occupied bed are ideal for the creatures, but they are less likely to thrive when moisture is in shorter supply.

Most of us love Mac-n-Cheese. But which box is the best (no..your homemade is not for this list.)
Buzzfeed and food writer Ross Yoder taste tested them. "Growing up, I was a Kraft guy, with some Annie's Shells & White Cheddar every now and then (for good measure). Let me tell ya, the instant I taste that stuff as an adult, I'm rocketed back to my childhood. It's ~peak~ nostalgia. I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who feels this way, which is why I decided to figure out which box is the absolute best, once and for all."
The winner....Walmart Great Value.
2. Velveeta (liquid cheese packet)
3. Kraft Deluxe (liquid cheese packet)
4. Annie's Original
5. Trader Joe's
by the way..Kraft Original was #7!
Check out his way long process and notes here

70% of us just keep transferring old images to new devices without ever going through and filtering or organizing them.

It seems like America has an "It's Complicated"-relationship with breakfast. On one hand, so many people skip breakfast because they're too lazy or rushed to throw something together but on the other hand, some people prefer breakfast foods over dinner options.
In a new survey, 31% of people said they'd give up dinner to have a second breakfast instead. 65% said that breakfast foods taste better for dinner, and 65% also admitted to making dinner leftovers into their next-day breakfast.
For what it's worth, 25% said the opposite . . . that they'd give up breakfast to have another dinner and in this survey, 65% said they eat breakfast every day.
One of the draws of breakfast foods might be that they can be sweeter than dinner foods. 23% of people like sweet breakfasts only . . . 22% like savory only . . . and 48% prefer a mix.
The top breakfast foods are: Eggs, omelets, and pancakes and the top breakfast sides are: Coffee, sausage, bacon, milk, orange juice, fruit, and toast.
