Welcome to the Year of the Dragon!
You are a Dragon if you were born in 1952, 64, 76, 88, 2000, and 2012. this year is also a Wood Dragon, 1964 was as well.
Dragon is powerful, endlessly energetic and full of vitality, goal-oriented yet idealistic and romantic, and a visionary leader. They know exactly who they are and possess the keenest sense of self among the 12 zodiacs of Chinese astrology.
For Chinese New Year you should wear something new. Also to wear Red Underwear and clothing. Avoid white.
Many of our New Year Traditions come from this holiday, like don't sweep..you might sweep up the luck.
Don't break ceramics or glass, don't use scissors, knives or other sharp objects. Avoid fighting and crying.
Open windows
In the days preceding Chinese New Year's Day, let the bad luck out and the good luck in.

A 2023 poll found our five favorite toppings are pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, mushrooms, and chicken. And pineapple is now the sixth most popular topping in America.
Our least favorite topping by far is anchovies. Jalapeños are a distant second, and pineapple made that list too in third place. Eggplant and broccoli round out the top five.
73% of us eat pizza at least a few times a month. Only 3% said once a year at most . . . and 0% said never.
Our favorite things to dip it in are marinara, Garlic butter, and ranch. But 12% like hot sauce . . . 10% said barbecue sauce . . . another 10% dip it in KETCHUP . . . and 7% said pizza with mayonnaise is good.

The "Madden NFL" video game made its annual Super Bowl prediction based on a simulation.
And they say the Chiefs will beat the 49ers 30 to 28 . . . and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes will be named MVP.
It's worth mentioning, "Madden" has been WRONG the last three years. So they'll either make it a fourth or break their streak.
No word if Taylor Swift was seen in the simulations.
The Super Bowl kicks off Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Eastern on CBS.

Chocolate infused with BROCCOLI is now a thing that exists. A broccoli grower in the U.K. called Tenderstem partnered with a chocolate company for it.
They're calling them "Tender-Choc" . . . even though "Broc-Choc" was right there for the taking.
Each box has nine pieces of dark chocolate filled with a blend of cream and puréed broccoli. But sadly . . . or thankfully . . . you can't buy them.
They only made a limited number of boxes, and just people in the U.K. can enter to win them.
