1988 - Introspective - Pet Shop Boys

35 Years Ago - 1988 Pet Shop Boys released their third album Introspective.

It was unusual as the songs were lengthy tracks.

Singles released were not as they appeared on the album.

"Domino Dancing" made #18 Hot 100, #22 Alternative Airplay, #5 Club.

"Left to My Own Devices" peaked at #84, #8 Club.

The album also featured "Always on My Mind/In My House" was first performed on a TV special, and ended up being the Christmas #1 in 1987. It was remixed for this album combining it with "In My House."

It charted at #4 and #8 Club when it came out in '87.
