1979 and it's the height of Disco! The Queen ruled the Summer (Donna that is) with "Bad Girls." Right on her heels, a song written for Stacy Lattisaw about kids talking on the phone. Anita Ward took it over when Stacy signed with another label, and "Ring My Bell" became her only hit.
