If you watched the Pop Tart Bowl game yesterday (yes Kansas State won, but that's not the highlight)...There was an actual giant pop tart mascot running around the field. It started with him popping out of a giant toaster. Shenanigans on the field, and then descends into a toaster only to come out as a completely edible giant pop tart.

What will they think of next?

Remember to set up bite-size goals for your New Year’s Resolutions.

Because letting go of a goal can feel like giving up and can cause people to feel undeserved shame. A 2022 study published in the journal Motivation and Emotion found that the greater the number of unfinished goals people had on their plate, the more they experienced symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. The study also found that increased anxiety was associated with goal unattainability and that being committed to a highly unattainable goal was linked to a higher risk of depressive symptoms.
